The  Alfa Laval Brew 80 is a plug-and-play, multi-purpose disc centrifuge and clarifier designed for small-to-medium craft breweries and beverage manufacturers. It rapidly separates yeast, trub, and solids from beer or other beverages to increase yields (up to 95%+), cut settling times, and maintain consistent clarity.
