The system was installed in approximately 2019/2020 in a medium sized craft brewery.  Central States Industrial (CSI) three-tank Clean-in-Place (CIP) system is a high-capacity, automated cleaning skid designed to sanitize processing equipment, piping, and vessels without disassembly. Compared to single- or two-tank setups, a three-tank configuration offers greater flexibility and efficiency by allowing the system to pre-heat and store multiple cleaning solutions simultaneously.
