Brewhouse purchased in January 2021 directly from S.S. Brewtech.  Good working order.  Selling because we are upgrading to a larger brewhouse.  Has worked great for us over the past several years.  There are 2 electrical issues on the control panel.  Neither fix is necessary to operate, more for convenience.  SS Brewtech has fixes that you can do with their guidance.  We chose not to do the fixes because it works fine.  First, the heat exchanger on/off switch is reversed.  Second, the boil kettle temperature LED will jump around while kettle is coming up to boil.  These issues have been present since the day we purchased it, however, has never prevented us from brewing.
