Complete 35 CPM 2-Person Canning and Packaging Line – ABE / SKA / DAMARK / BEVCO / HITACHI

Description Compact production line designed to run with just two operators from depalletizing through finished, shrink-wrapped cases. The complete system occupies approximately an 18′ × 20′ footprint and is currently installed and in production.

Built around an immaculate ABE CraftCan 35 (2022) with only 354,739 cans run, the line combines depalletizing, can rinsing, filling/seaming, date coding, accumulation and shrink bundling into a highly efficient small-footprint packaging operation. The current layout allows one operator to manage the canning side while a second operator handles bundling and palletizing.

An expandable return conveyor brings finished shrink-wrapped cases back to the bundling operator, allowing the entire packaging process to be run efficiently by two people. Operating video available below.

Operator 1: depalletizing, canning-line monitoring and upstream operation.

Operator 2: feeds accumulated cans into trays/bundler and palletizes completed cases. The return roller conveyor brings finished cases back to the operator’s workstation.

This provides a complete packaging process from palletized empty cans → filled and seamed cans → date coding → accumulation → shrink-wrapped finished cases in approximately an 18′ × 20′ footprint.
