The ST-T tank are truly versatile tanks made with German stainless steel and welded on by laser technology.
Euro machine produce premium quality stainless steel tank.
The high versatile ST-T tanks can be used for:
Cold settling-racking of white juice.
Fermentation of white wine.
Fermentation of red wine. It is a great vessel for fermenting the reds due to the favourable ratio height vs diameter. The door is not ideal to remove the skins but it work as it is a small volume.
Storage & ageing of wine.
Cold stabilization of wine.
Rack and return. Can return using gravity.
Bottling including bottling using gravity.
Transport, moving & stacking:
The St-T tanks are built to be used for transportation. They are sturdy, self-supporting and highly stable.
The tanks can be moved from all four sides using a forklift / pallet truck.
To guarantee even higher safety during transportation by forklift the tanks have additional fork lift receptacles that can be accessed from underneath from two sides.
Space efficient: up to three of the tanks can be stacked on one another even when filled.
Advantages of German Steel:
German steel due to their chemical composition and the quality of their polish are much easier to clean. This results in time savings, water savings, cleaning agents savings and labor savings. Normally the tanks are easy to clean without the use of chemicals.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT OF THE TANK ST-T
Tank shell and tank bottom are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, surface IIId (2R), marbled outside.
Tank top made of AISI 316 stainless steel, surface IIId (2R), marbled outside.
Vaulted tank top with lifting lugs.
With filler neck 400 mm, flap lid with external spring clip seal, with stainless steel vent neck NW 50 DIN 11851 with sealing cap.
Vaulted tank bottom with discharge outlet external thread NW 50 DIN 11851.
With stable stainless steel framework, accessible from four sides by forklift / pallet truck.
Additionally accessible from two sides with forklift receptacles 120 x 60 mm, internal dimension shape 114 x 54 mm.
Stackable to a maximum of three filled tanks.
OPTIONS INCLUDED:
Oval Manway (420mm x 320mm).
Maximum surface cooling-heating jackets.
Racking fittings including 1 1/2” butterfly valve, 1 1/2” stainless steel cap, 2 x 1 1/2” Tri-Clamps and 2 x 1 1/2” gaskets.
