This beautiful setup was used at a kombucha production facility. This gorgeous brass setup has been very well maintained and an electrician has verified that it is fully functional and ready to be a turnkey setup for seltzer, cider, kombucha, hop water, or anything else that wouldn’t require a mash tun. For a brewery it would be easy to add a mash tun to have a fully functional setup for a brewery. Includes two fermenters, boil kettle with electric heating element, pump, and control panel. Not included: glycol chiller, 1.5″ TC hoses (both easy to source). The system runs on 3 phase 208V and would work on a 50A breaker (70A preferred). Ships from Fresno, CA.
