The Story
This is the original production brewhouse of New Belgium Brewing, makers of Fat Tire. They outgrew it in less than a year during their explosive 1990s growth, and it has been used sparingly since. Original electrical schematics by co-founder Jeff Lebesch are included.

Terms
$165,000 for the complete package, sold as-is, where-is. Non-refundable deposit holds the equipment; full payment before removal. Buyer responsible for disconnection, rigging, and removal by the end of April 2027 with licensed trades and a certificate of insurance on file. A local company is available for removal and loading.
