Overview

Complete commercial craft brewery asset package includes 7 BBL Psycho Brew Brewhouse, supported by 7 BBL jacketed fermenter, a 60kW Precision Electric Steam Boiler and ChillKing glycol chiller. Acquired equipment at purchase of building, was previously owned by “A Little Madness Brewery” located in Pensacola, FL. Looking to sell of leftover equipment primarily as  complete package.

System Status

Parts of the system are still installed and hooked up to power/plumbing/venting, and strongly encourage on site inspection for details of setup and future disconnect/decommission for sale.

Buyer is responsible for all rigging, teardown/disconnection, loading freight, and transportation. A pallet jack is available, but no forklift on site for aiding in loading. All assets are sold strictly as-is, where-is.
