Here at the Woodstock Inn Brewery, we’ve used these open fermenters to produce high quality craft beer for decades. Though they’ve been in daily use for as long as the brewery has been open they have been kept in excellent condition and will continue to ferment great beer for their next owner. These are both stainless steel, open fermenters with a cooling coil built in to the interior of the fermenter (not jacketed, see picture). They were manufactured by Pacific Brewing Systems in December 2011. They are both built for 30 barrel batches with plenty of headspace for top fermenting yeasts.

These could easily be shipped via hotshot (I’ve already shipped a 30 barrel and 2 60 barrels this way). They could also be shipped via tractor trailer, they will fit in the trailer, but it would complicate loading/unloading a bit
