Premier Stainless KW-SA-3V-CS keg washer. This is a semi-automatic, three-station keg washing and sanitizing system designed for microbreweries and brewpubs. It is a versatile unit capable of cleaning up to 30 kegs per hour and handles various keg sizes with standard Sankey fittings

Key Functionality

Three-Station Design: Can process up to three kegs simultaneously.
Semi-Automatic Operation: The unit is manually loaded but utilizes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a 7-inch color touchscreen to automate the cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing cycles.
Three-Vessel System: Features dedicated reservoirs for detergent (caustic), water, and an optional acid reservoir, allowing for more complex cleaning profiles.
Comprehensive Cycle: Automatically completes critical operations including rinsing, cleaning with hot or cold detergent, sanitizing, and CO2 purging/pressurizing.
