The 1125 liter pillow jacketed (NOT insulated) stainless fermenter by Cornerstone Stainless Containers is a large-scale conical unitank designed for fermentation. You can use it to brew beer, cider, wine, kombucha etc. Its conical shape is great for catching and dumping particulates like dead yeast. The large top makes it easy to clean and maintain. There are three 1/2 inch ports around the cylinder for use with 1/2 inch tri clamp fittings. There is another 1/2 inch tri clamp port on the cone. The bottom spout fits a 2 inch tri clamp. There are also threaded ports for the pillow jacket to connect to a glycol chiller system.  It was purchased new and has only been used for cider
