This 10bbl jacketed insulated stainless fermenter is a large-scale conical unitank designed for fermentation. You can use it to brew beer, cider, wine, kombucha etc. Its conical shape is great for catching and dumping particulates like dead yeast. The large front opening makes it easy to clean and maintain. There are several ports of varying sizes on the top and sides all designed for tri-clamp fittings and attachments. Tank valves and fittings are available, including pressure gage, thermometer, tri-clamps, caps, gaskets, carb stone, CIP arm and sprayball. The bottom spout fits a 2 inch tri clamp. There are also threaded ports for the jacket to connect to a glycol chiller system. It was purchased new and has only been used for cider
