This is a United States Federal Bankruptcy auction of all of brewery equipment from Craftboro Brewing Depot, LLC located at 101 Two Hills Drive in Carrboro, NC. All of the equipment will be sold as a package in its entirety for a single bid amount. A complete listing of all the equipment is provided below.

 

Online bidding will open at 12 noon on 4/23/24 and end at 12 noon on 5/7/24. Auctioneers will be on location for inspection and preview on 4/23/24 from 10:00am – 1:00pm.

 

Buyer is responsible for removing all of the equipment from the facility. All items must be removed with (30) days of the close of the auction. Buyer will provide proof of insurance prior to removing equipment.

This auction is being conducted by Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. by Order of or with Notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Sale is subject to Court confirmation.

All items are being sold “free & clear” of liens.

All items are being sold “as is, where is”.

Buyer is responsible for inspecting the equipment and to perform any and all research and due diligence prior to bidding.

Sales tax will be charged on all items unless you provide sales tax exempt documentation along with your payment.

A 5% online bidder fee will be charged.

Payment in full is due within (3) business days of confirmation. Payment can be made by cash, check, or wire transfer.

Buyer is responsible for removing all of the equipment from the location. All items must be removed within (30) days of the close of the auction. The Buyer and/or his removal/rigging contractor will provide proof of insurance to the landlord and list ladlord as additional insured prior to removing any items from the property. Buyer will be responsible for securing and properly terminating all plumbing and electrical lines remaining in the facility.

Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bidder registration or bid at our own discretion. Additionally, we have the right to cancel and/or re-open the auction in the case of any system failures.
