Works great for a mid sized operation. A little loud but one guy can steadily clean 2 kegs at a time. Takes a few minutes each. Fill the circulating tank with a hot water rinse first, then go back with cold sani rinse. Kegs sit on the top upside down connected with standard D-style keg couplers.
