possible lease or owner financing if you are a Florida resident, Smart Machine Technologies custom designed  direct fire brewhouse 3 vessels( stacked, mash/lauter with rakes/plow dedicated whirlpool , oversized kettle with  impeller  to prevent scorching. All 3 are insulated. there is no hot liquor tank . Unit includes a industrial mixing valve was set up for instant hot water heater feeds. We purchased from Mystery brewing in NC, they closed down in 2018, so it has not been in use since then. The brewhouse was dismantled and prepped to transport by SMT, when we purchased it and has been sitting in storage in Clearwater, Florida since still packed from transport . Our brewery location fell through from covid, and we got involved in other things. Includes all hard piping that was disassembled in large segments and labeled to be reassembled. Brew house pump included  Brew house  was used for a little less then 7 years . excellent condition original cost was 119k plus $14,700 for the mixing valve we had a bank appraisal done in 2020, the valve was $10,500, and system came in at $65,000. I have video available of system , just message me.  The Former owner is very willing to answer any questions, on system and setup, he doubled brewed in just a few extra hours. the burner and the mixing valve were replaced under warranty the year it was unhooked so they are almost new.  The system does require a minimum height of 12 ft, unless you shortened the legs on the double tank. This is a steal at this price but I have to get it out of storage  I have engineeer drawings and layout available
