Mash Tun Comes with 3 drives that control lower pump, rake up/down & rake rotation speeds. Custom manifold for water in, vorlauf and wort to kettle. Also has programming for auger speed. Motors and VFD’s are rated for 480 3 phase. Custom brew deck with room for storage underneath. Removable rail for pallet storage on non-tank side. Steps are Line-X’d for anti slip. Auto grain-out only requires to drop the rake squeegees to push through outlet. Fits full tote under for grain out. Mash tun is insulated and jacketed ready for steam.
