I am selling a complete 2.5 BBL brewery package that includes everything needed to run a small commercial setup, pilot system, or nano brewery. The system is built around a Psycho Brew 2.5 BBL brewhouse with 100-gallon mash and boil kettles, gas heat, a transfer pump, wort chiller, and control panel. It has served well and is a clean, functional setup for converting mash to wort and moving directly into fermentation.

Included with the brewhouse is an adjustable speed CPE Systems transfer pump, which has been reliable, easy to clean, and great for moving wort from the chiller into the tanks. On the cold side, there is a full set of stainless steel conical fermenters: one Psycho Brew 2.5 BBL jacketed fermenter for standard batch sizes, and two Psycho Brew 5 BBL jacketed fermenters designed for larger or double batches. All three are set up for glycol-controlled fermentation.

Cooling is handled by a G&D Nano Glycol Chiller, which comes with extra glycol and three temperature control units. This allows for proper temperature management across multiple tanks and keeps fermentation consistent and stable. The package also includes an electric grain mill (operated with a drill) for milling malt prior to brew day.

In addition to the brewhouse and fermentation equipment, there is a large quantity of kegs included: 69 five-gallon (1/6 BBL), 92 seven-and-a-half gallon (1/4 BBL), and 25 fifteen-and-a-half gallon (1/2 BBL). This is a great inventory for self-distribution, taproom service, pilot batches, or building draft accounts.

Overall, this is a well-rounded system for someone starting a brewery, adding a pilot/R&D system to an existing operation, or expanding into fermentation capacity. It has the core pieces needed to go from grain to glass, and I’m open to selling the entire setup as a package or discussing itemized offers.
