We have our 12” continuous column for sale. The stripping column is direct injected and the doubler is jacketed. The still is stainless plated with copper plates/downcombers. There are a couple heat exchanger on the still. The typical beer feed rate is around 5.8 gallons per minute. Around 300-385 gallons per hour. (The feed rate depends on how thick your mash is. The hearts feed rate is one gallon every 2/3 minutes. Proof varies with batch 120-158 proof. This still can produce 4-6 barrels in a 8/10 hour shift. This still also come with a newer FIP Pumps.
