Also comes with: pumps, piping, heat exchanger, platform, controller, clamps, fittings, gaskets and more.

This is very close to being a turnkey setup. The only things missing to become fully operational would be: HLT, filler, CIP, chiller, and boiler. The heat exchanger is functional but needs some repair. Everything else is in very good condition.
