The Specific Mechanical Systems setup includes a 15 bbl steam brew kettle/whirlpool, mash/lauter tun, 45 bbl hot liquor tank, 11-port swing-link diverter, two sanitary process pumps, brewhouse and temperature controls, Thermaline 84-plate two-stage heat exchanger, 1,125 lb stainless grist hopper, brewer’s platform, and the associated process piping, valves, and tubing. Also included with the full package are a 15 bbl glycol-jacketed bright beer vessel and a 75-gallon portable stainless CIP tank with electric immersion heater.
