Unused Brewmation electrical control system for an electric kettle. Never installed — purchased at a brewery liquidation still bagged from the factory, with no field wiring and nothing landed on the lugs. No wear anywhere.
Nameplate specs:
Brewmation Inc., DWG BM-200-084
208V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 200A max
Largest motor FLA 3.0A (1 HP) max
Short circuit current 5kA RMS symmetrical @ 240 VAC max
Type 1 enclosure, indoor use only
UL Listed Enclosed Industrial Control Panel, file E67730085
Components:
Eight Carlo Gavazzi solid-state contactors with integrated heatsinks, configured for four heater circuits with two-leg switching
Variable frequency drive for pump speed control (1 HP, 230V)
Approximately fourteen DIN-rail branch breakers
Dual current transducers
Four-pole power distribution blocks (N/L1/L2/L3), rated 8–3/0 AWG CU
Four twist-lock receptacles mounted on the enclosure bottom
Ground bussbar, 24V DIN power supply, full terminal block landing
Door controls: KTL Timer with digital time clock, kettle temperature controller, KTL Timer On, KTL Heat On, KTL Pump, Heater Output potentiometer, KTL Pump Speed potentiometer, and main power switch.
Enclosure: Hammond EN4SD363610GY, 36″ x 36″ x 10″, date-stamped November 2021. Note that the Hammond box carries a Type 4/12 rating, but the Brewmation nameplate lists the panel as Type 1, indoor use only.
Control is manual, not automated — no PLC or HMI. A digital time clock, a panel-mount temperature controller, and manual potentiometers for heater output and pump speed. Internal component tags reference KTL1 through KTL4; these appear to be heater circuit designators rather than four separately controlled vessels.
