OBO | Commercial Olympic Distillers production equipment package available for sale. This is a substantial installed distillery system consisting of two complete copper/stainless distillation stack systems, nine stainless steel fermentation/process tanks, controls, sanitary piping, valves, motors, and associated production equipment. The equipment is currently installed, allowing prospective buyers to see the original configuration and how the systems were connected before removal. The distillation equipment features professional stainless and copper construction, multiple sight-glass plate sections, stainless condenser/dephlegmator assemblies, sanitary tri-clamp connections, integrated piping, gauges, valves, and commercial control equipment. The tank package consists of nine Olympic Distillers stainless process/fermentation vessels, several of which have confirmed Olympic manufacturer identification plates. Serial numbers documented to date include OD1461, OD1466, OD1467, and OD1468.
