Complete Craft Brewery Bottling Line – Production Ready

We are offering our complete five-piece bottling line as we transition our brewery to an all-can operation. This line has been producing quality packaged beer in our brewery for years and is ready to go to work for its next owner.
At the heart of the system is a 2013 Maheen Merlin O-Series 6-head counter-pressure filler/capper, configured for 12 oz heritage bottles. Once dialed in, we routinely ran the line at 36 bottles per minute, providing production rates suitable for breweries looking to package multiple brands efficiently without investing in a high-cost automated bottling system.

Complete Packaging Line

The equipment is configured to operate as a complete bottling system, taking bottles from loading through finished package accumulation:

Movex Motorized Rotating Loading Table – Automatically feeds empty bottles onto the conveyor.
Inline Paradigm 700 Pressure-Sensitive Labeler – Equipped with an extended infeed conveyor, spacing wheel, and date code stamper.
Inline RSC Bottle Rinser – Includes an automated push-off mechanism to transfer bottles to the filler.
2013 Maheen Merlin O-Series 6-Head Counter-Pressure Filler/Capper – Configured for 12 oz heritage bottles.
Motorized Bottle Accumulation Table – Collects finished bottles for packing or case loading.

Built for Efficient Production

This equipment was selected to work together as a complete packaging solution. All major components are mounted on heavy-duty casters, making it easy to reposition the line for cleaning, maintenance, or changes in facility layout.

The Maheen filler consistently achieved approximately 36 bottles per minute in our brewery after optimization and tuning. Actual production rates will vary depending on product, bottle, and operator experience.

A substantial inventory of spare parts is included with the sale, helping reduce future maintenance costs and minimize downtime.

Why We’re Selling

This line is being offered for sale solely because we have transitioned our brewery to an all-can packaging operation. It has served us well and remains a reliable, production-ready system.

The buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping or freight. We are happy to assist with loading and coordinating pickup.
