We have a complete glass bottle line that is being decommissioned at the end of February. The line was purchased in 2016 and has seen low hours. Includes change parts for 12oz heritage bottles, 22oz bombers, and crowned OR cork & wire hooded 750ml champagne style bottles but could be adapted to almost any format. The following equipment is included:

• Markl Bavaria 20/5 filler – Purchased new in 2016 this 20-head/5 crowner station filler is capable of 7400bhp throughput. It has recently received a full replacement of all beer and gas product path seals. We reliably get very good D.O./T.P.O. numbers from this machine. Comes with change parts for all formats listed above. Includes vacuum pump and sterile high-pressure fobber.

• Makro Mak-0 3 station labeller – 2012 date of manufacture. This pressure-sensitive labeller is capable of applying neck, front and back labels on a variety of formats at 3400bph. Poggio Mario 20-head rinser – Purchased new in 2016. One chemical treatment, all product contact seals replaced within the last six months. Quick and easy changeover to the above mentioned formats.

• Standard Knapp Model 930 case packer – Purchased used/refurbished from Recon Systems in 2016. Packs 12 or 24 bottles a time into pre-erected cartons/master packs. Includes change parts for 12oz x24, 22oz x12 and 750ml x 12 cartons.

• Wexar WSH 06 case sealer – Purchased used/refurbished from Recon Systems in 2016. Adjustable to many different case sizes.

• Robino & Galandrino corker/wire-hooder. Purchased new in 2016. applies champagne style corks and wire hoods to 750ml bottles. 1500 bph. There is an issue with the plc on this unit that prevents it from entering automatic production mode, but the critical functionality is retained in jog mode with the help of a very special zip-tie  

• 4ft x 10ft on-pack/reflow table, all conveyance motors, vfd’s etc. to connect the equipment into a relatively compact “s” shaped layout.

• partially complete depalletizer. Looks like it would only require fabrication of a gantry and electrical hookup to work, but can’t attest to it’s function.

• 8-head Markl rotary filler w/o crowner can be included as a spare parts donor for the larger filler if desired.
