Lightly used gas fired Ruby Street Alpha Brewing System. Three burners, three 50 gallon pots with lids comfortably makes a true 31 gallon batch. Two transfer pumps and all the hoses, clamps and fittings. Thermometer on each pot. Herms coil in the hot liquor tank for consistent mash temperature and great sugar extraction. Whirlpool connection on the kettle. Custom immersion wort chiller and sparge ring included. A forth 50 gallon pot with a dent (but not leaking) included in the package.

Used 5 times for test batches but we could not get the permits for our brewery. Great for a pilot brewery, nano brewery or hard core home brewer.
