• Brand New Complete bottling line from blow molding to end-of-line shrink wrapper
  Includes Model KM4A-2L Automatic 4-Cavity bottle blowing machine including Preform unscrambler, rated for 5,000 BPH, set up for 120 ml bottles.
• Includes high-pressure air compressor system, and water chiller.
• The water treatment system includes a raw water storage tank, silica sand filter, carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Precision filter, reverse osmosis filter, UV sterilization, ozone generator, and finished water tank.
• The filling & packaging system includes (2) mix tanks, CIP system, pumps, and balance tank; CGF washing-filling-capping Tri-block, model CGF14-12-5, rated for 4,160 BPH; aluminum cap elevator, air dryer, bottle inverter, Videojet coder, sleeve labeler, shrink tunnel, steam generator, air conveyor, flat conveyor, and low-pressure air compressor.
• Also includes all-star wheels, screw feeders, guide plates, etc. Offered with automatic PE shrink wrapper. Has seen very little use and is in excellent condition.
