Fully operational 23y/o Specific Mechanical 3.5bbl decoction capable brewhouse with whirlpool. Five – 7bbl fermenters, four closed/jacketed and one open top fermenter. Also included are eight 7bbl Porter Lancaster serving vessels and a two-roller mill with fifteen foot flex auger. All serving vessels have carbonation stones. This gem of a brewing system comes with its own low pressure steam boiler. The steam boiler is 3 years old and is the dedicated steam source for this brewhouse. It is very compact and efficient (New Yorker model GCS80C) Included are all clamps, hoses, gaskets, glycol system & compressor for the glycol tank. This system is complete and has everything you need to make great beer, which it did just a month ago!
