Manual 4-Nozzle Rinsing and Sparging Station with Recycling System comes with 2 Nozzles for spraying a rinsing solution and 2 Nozzles for air. Machine includes a Recycling Pump and a Tank for using sanitizing or an alcohol-based solution.

This Re-Circulating Rinser can recycle liquids in addition to water (such as cleaning agents, spirits, wine, etc.). Machine is used for rinsing bottles when a solution of at least 50% alcohol + water is used with spirits/wine. Machine prevents the residual water from lowering the alcohol volume, particularly in small sized spirits bottles. The product used for the rinsing should be changed after about 8 working hours.

For sparging, the manufacturer suggests using nitrogen or accurately pre-filtered, compressed air due to the contact with product. Non-filtered air may leave traces of contamination elements (i.e., mechanic oil droplets…) inside of bottles. Standard voltage 220V-1F-50Hz.
