This is the 1bbl Alpha Ruby propane gas system with the Electric Brewery Supply control panel.  This is the three kettle system consisting of HLT, mash tun, and boil kettle.  HLT has a float switch. Mash and bol kettles have false bottoms and lids for all kettles. System includes 1 pump and all connections and plugs. This is a great system would be a great pilot system or for a small nano brewery.  This system could also be great for a home brewer who is trying to scale up production.
