The Cedarstone Industry 1 BBL Nano Skid is perfect for low production requirements such as small brewpubs, breweries in planning, small batch testing, and recipe formulation. This Nano Brew System is configured in a 3-vessel design including (1) Whirlpool/Kettle Combo Vessel, (1) Mash / Lauter Tun Combo Vessel, and (1) Hot Liquor Tank. 1 BBL MASH/LAUTER TUN:
· 304ss Single-Wall Mash/Lauter Tun, #4 brushed finish inside and out.
· Solid Rectangular 9″ side manway allows for easy access and grain out portage.
· 304ss Wedge Wire Screens constructed in 2 sections and firmly affixed to the vessel floor; removable sections allow the screens to be removed.
· Mash/Lauter Temperature RTD sensor for monitoring internal mash temperature inserts into welded Thermowell on the vessel side wall.
· CIP Tank Spray ball CIP Spray Head assembly.

1 BBL BREW KETTLE / WHIRLPOOL:
· 304SS Electric Single-Wall Brew Kettle, #4 brushed finish inside and out.
· (1) CE Marked; CSA Certified; UL Recognized, Nema 1 Environmental Rating Low heating density (49 W/sq. in.) 7.5 KW Incoloy Heating Element, 3-Phase 460V as a standard with other electrical options available upon request.
· Kettle Temperature RTD sensor for accurate process control.
· Whirlpool with an integrated tangential inlet to create an ideal whirlpool formation.
· CIP Tank Spray ball CIP Spray Head assembly.

1 BBL HOT LIQUOR TANK:
· 304SS Electric Single-Wall Hot Liquor Tank, #4 brushed finish inside and out.
· (1) CE Marked; CSA Certified; UL Recognized, Nema 1 Environmental Rating Low heating density (49 W/sq. in.) 7.5 KW Incoloy Heating Element, 3-Phase 460V as a standard with other electrical options available upon request.

SKID AND INTEGRATED US-MADE CONTROL PANEL:

· Pump control with Variable Speed Frequency Drive (VFD) allows for On/Off controls for Hot Liquor transfer / Wort transfer / Heat Exchanger flow.
· 304ss 1-Stage Plate Heat Exchanger for chilling.
