Smart Machine Technologies custom designed  directfire brewhouse 3 vessels( stacked, mash/lauter with rakes/plow dedicated whirlpool , oversized kettle with  impeller  to prevent scorching. We purchased from Mystery brewing in NC, they closed down in 2018, so it has not been in use since then it has been sitting in storage in florida, still packed from transport on flatbed.
