We’ve got a super rare compact 12.5bbl German brewhouse for sale.  This unit features a Lauter/Whirlpool up top with power lift rakes and down below a steam jacketed Mash/Boil Kettle with propeller, Calandria and steam trap.  We have never powered the unit to see what works but it’s been sitting a long time and will need some TLC.  Stainless appears to be in good condition with no cracks or corrosion other than some cosmetic blemishes on the outer skin.  Control panel will definitely need new buttons and temp controllers. Our plan was to update to a touchscreen setup.  Brewhouse was operational when de-commissioned for a bigger replacement in 2020 at Fullsteam Brewery. Asking $50k open to offers and trades.
