Responsibilities:
- Oversee the brewing process from start to finish, including mashing, boiling, fermenting/yeast handling and packaging.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the brewing process.
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and facilities to ensure food safety and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new beer recipes and experiment with different ingredients and brewing techniques.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for brewing operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of brewing equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the brewery.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a brewery or related field is a requirement.
- Knowledge of craft beer styles, flavors, and trends.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 55 pounds) and work in a warehouse setting.
